RETURN POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS
Customers are able to return items within 30 days from when the order was received for a full refund. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label.
Please follow the instructions on the piece of paper in your package and return your items within 30 days of receipt to the address below.
Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable and will be denied. Please email us at email@example.com to request a return label. Ludovica will deduct $5.95 per returned package for return shipping.
All sale items will be returned for an online store credit only.
Any items returned after 30 days of the purchase will be returned for an online store credit. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account at the time of purchase what your online store credit number will be. Online store credits do not expire.
Returns and/or online store credits will not accepted after 60 days of the item purchase date.

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. If you have not created an account, one will be created for you and that information will be sent to your email.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning to Ludovica. Otherwise, please follow all of the standard shipping instructions above.
The following items are non-returnable. Refund or store credit will not be issued for the following:
- All Jewelry
- All Reconstruction Items
RETURNS TO THE STORE LOCATION
Online purchases that are returned to the store within 30 days will be issued with a full refund. After 30 days, a refund and/or store credit cannot be issued in store.
